Burger “SAMPAH” OM Burger

OM Burger has been operating for more than 30 years. Though the stall is called OM Burger, customers gave it the nickname Burger Sampah (Trash Burger) due to how sloppy it is.

Their burgers are known to be the tastiest and messiest in town, and the messy part is well-justified. That’s because margarine pretty much drowns each patty, along with a generous amount of cheese, oily fried eggs, and huge globs of ketchup/chili sauce and mayonnaise.

During the cooking process, you can see all of the bits – bun, patty, eggs, margarine – just soaking it up in a pool of oil, which only traps the flavours in place and helps it to not lose its taste.
